Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for all regions. To initiate a return, contact us at support@owl3d.ai with your order number. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If your Owl3D Shift arrives defective or non-functional, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement unit.
Warranty
Owl3D Shift is covered against manufacturing defects from the delivery date:
- United States, Japan, and all other regions: 1 year
- European Union: 2 years (EU Sale of Goods Directive)
- United Kingdom: 2 years (UK Consumer Rights Act)
Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original buyer only. Proof of purchase (order email or Kickstarter pledge email) is required to make a warranty claim.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
